at last, someone might love my car nearly as much as me! i hate to admit it, but i was sat reading grazia earlier this evening and came across a feature on the topic of cars that the opposite sex find most attractive. here were the results…

for women:

mercedes slk (34%)
mini (31%)
classic porsche (24%)
audi gt (23%)
vw beetle baby! (22%)

for men:

aston martin (47%)
vintage sports car (42%)
mercedes (39%)

well as the other cars are out of my league and a mini wouldn’t hold my shopping, i’m pretty pleased with that result. i love my love bug to bits, glad to see other people appreciate it too. just for your interest, here were the least attractive cars…

I was surfing the interweb yesterday for unusual gifts and came across melt.

It was love at first sight… the chocolatiers is just amazing, words cannot express! I was originally attracted to the shop because they can make custom chocolates. The chocolates that I was looking at were sculptures of chocolate in to which you can enclose a message for when the person breaks in to the chocolate - genius!

When I spoke to the owner of the chocolatiers, Keith, he was very knowledgable and truly helpful. He mentioned that they are able to do things such as spray the outer shell with colours or a person’s name if you wanted. The one that I was looking at was only £15, which I think for a really unique gift is brilliant!

He kindly offered for me to pop in to the shop (based in Nottinghill) for me to have a look around on Tuesday and even offered for me to taste some of the chocolates - does he realise I’m a girl and that could be lethal? Maybe I should warn him….
