that’s right, i’m the new kid on the block… so i thought it might be cool to take you on a little tour. sit back, relax and sip that coffee (or if it’s after noon, i recommend a beer).
well it was a bit of a whirlwind tour as you can tell – i decided it’s a bit early for everyone here to realise that i’ve totally lost my marbles, let’s at least give it a week.
happy thursday xxx

New jobs rock! All the new possibilities are exciting.
Also, if you don’t mind me saying, you have a lovely smile. Evertime I see one of your videos and you smile it puts a little smile on my face. So, thanks.

Another few minutes of lovelyness!
I heart the fact you have an Aldi over the road too, not quite as modern as the Carsonified offices but nice still, was this to place which had a fire a few years back or was that a warehouse?

Congratulations on the new job! I’m sure Carsonified misses you already.
Hope all is well. Tell Gromit hi for me.

Mel Kirk says:
@ChilliMac – thanks, that means a lot to me.
@markforrester, @JamesW & @John (thanks for the compliment) – as Matt Brian says, it’s Newton Faulkner “Feels like Home”. Have you noticed that there’s always a theme with my tunes yet?
@anon – whatevs!
@Sam Brown – thanks lovely. Friday indeed! The first one that I’ve worked in ages.
@Chris Rowe – thanks Chris! You’re right – it’s not as modern, but kind of funkier in an urban way – it’s hard to describe! It’s a different place than the fire and it’s only temporary – we’re there until November when we move to our new offices opposite SS Great Britain that are being built at the moment. The roof is going to be grass so that you can sunbathe in the summer looking at the river – woot!
@Erik Larsen – thanks Erik, you’re too kind. I’ll be sure to say hi for you.

This is such a nice idea, do you mind if I copy it? I’m looking for ideas to use my new Flip Video camera for.

Mel Kirk says:
@anthonymcg – thanks, you bet!
@Karen Davey – i thought it only fair I didn’t release the whole set of quirkiness in one go – it’s sometimes good to save something
@Dave Kinsella – of course I don’t mind, in fact come back and post a link
