this is only a short post, just to apologise for no random video today. unfortunately i was taken into hospital and have only just returned home. i’ve been given the strict order of bed rest for a week - so no prancing around or dancing for me and i’m kinda drugged up, so don’t want to go embarrassing myself more than usual on camera.
