exercise is bad for you…

just a few reasons that you might want to give the gym a miss…. wii fitness is way more fun anyway!

    Awesome Video. Something does not adds up here: Larger lady, doing fine, but still larger …conclusion: All the magic is in what you eat!!! … Don’t hate the instructor in 2006 I became an spinning instructor, though i only lasted 3 months it’s really difficult to workout and talk at the same time. Keep working out harder and the pain will stop: I promise!!!!! I net to get back in track with that too…it’s so difficult right???

    It’s been more than a year since I ‘met’ you (by phone counts right?) and my thursdays are happier now!!!

    I’ve no coordination so couldn’t ever do a class.

    Is using the rowing machine bad for me? (I know the bike is bad for me – last crash got eight stitches.)

    Oh I know how you feel. I thought I was in shape run everyday and what not. Took a step aerobics class 2 weeks later still feeling it. Working out sucks.

    I so feel for you!!! I went through a week of a class called boot camp and it was supposed to last 3 weeks 5 days a week… The instructor was ex-military drill instructor he ran us no matter the weather set up tires to run through then jump in pool with all clothes on and do running and all kinds of things!! I ended up pulling a muscle I have never heard of and didnt even know I had it!! So I had to sit out the rest of the 2 weeks!! Blessing in disguise?? Thanks for the vid!!

    I pretty much experience your pain on a daily basis and its worse on a Thursday.

    I’ve got a personal trainer who I meet Thursdays and he’s tough, take the limit at which you think you can push yourself too, and then multiply it by 3. i spend my life with DOMS (which, oddly enough, becomes a nice feeling after a while).

    In the gym 6 times a week doing workouts that put me near death. But its allllll good. When your hurting, that means you’ve pushed yourself, it eases as you get fitter.

    it’s the people on the bike’s reading books I don’t get.

    Many happy returns for the day and BTW, look at how many people complain about the pain they feel and told to ‘Feel the burn!!!’ when they exercise!!!, that can not be good for you. Lol… you forgot to mention about the fat lady at the back of you in the gym looking at you and deciding ‘no amount of pain will get me that good looking’ then she walks out, save the pain and feel cool.
