Have to say I am guilty of many of these – especially the morning emails and check-ins. I also see a lot of people in restaurants who seem to spend more time on the phone to other people than they do talking to the people they go to the restaurants with. I even had one couple in my restaurant that both spent almost the entire meal on SMS/email. Go figure – this *is* 2011.
