here’s what I want to do:

learn to surf – i’m still waiting for some surfing hunk to teach me, if that’s you, you know what to do!

buy a new piano – now that i share with housemates, i think it would be a little unfair to inflict my playing on them, maybe when i get a place of my own again.

skinny dip – starting to think that’s not such a good idea - done

take professional dance lessons done, i’m now a badass hip hop star, ok i only went to two lessons, but hey! lol

get drunk on champagne cocktails before the sun goes down – 10pm, does that count? hell yeah!

own a convertible – bought, i love bugsy. get it? bugsy mel owns? oh never mind.

live abroad – does 3 weeks spent in the states count? no? are you sure?

buy a pair of Gina shoes – nearly but not quite. i spent the money on something far geekier

camp under the stars – maybe somewhere warmer – i have camped, but it’s been surrounded by cloud, making the stars a little hard to spot.

go to Glastonbury music festival – still something i’d like to do but i’m not down with the whole hygiene situation – maybe if they build a hotel close by?

see as many live bands as I can – definitely something that’s been done, but there’s always room for improvement!

go skiing / snow boarding – after a visit to a dry ski slope this isn’t something that i’m that keen on any more. i think it could have something to do with going from top to bottom on my hands and knees before meeting the safety net with my face at the bottom. i mean seriously who wants net marks imprinted on their face?

places I would like to visit:

hawaii – you saw my comments about surfing!

vegas - still never set foot in a casino let alone visited vegas!

dubai – all offers gratefully received

south africa – still want to do a safari on the basis that i don’t see any animals eat one another. well behaved animals only

san fransisco - now to become an annual trip, sf rocks!

texas – visited austin and had a blast – thanks sxsw!

los angeles – i’m not sure i still want to?

sydney – i hear australian web conferences are where it’s at

sychelles – maybe i’ll save this until i meet a nice young man. somehow i don’t think that will happen before i’m 30… should i scrap this from my list?

antigua – gorgeous – but be warned, it’s honeymooners paradise, going with a female friend can lead to rumors that you’re gay… not that’s a bad thing, but just throwing it out there.

new york again – and again and again…
